1.Refer to the drawings of the vacuum furnace layout, installation location and construction conditions, select the permanent installation site of the equipment and perform civil construction. Installation site should be no smoke and dust pollution, clean environment, dry air, should not be put together with other equipment, keep room temperature 10-35 degrees, the ground is smooth and smooth.

2.the installation of graphite heating element and water-cooled electrode should be noted:

A.take care of the graphite element in case it is damaged;

B.reliably tighten the bolts so as to achieve good electrical contact. Do not use too much force to avoid thread breaking.

3.Vacuum system shall be positioned and assembled with the furnace body according to the vacuum system diagram. When assembling, apply a thin layer of vacuum grease to the O sealing ring and uniformly tighten the flange.

4.according to the water cooling system, the water inlet pipe are respectively connected to the inlet and drain pipe and the drain, with the pressure of 0.1-0.15MPa, temperature of not less than 15 degrees, not higher than 30 DEG C water, circulating water, the best anti rust water.

5.Provide pneumatic air source with minimum pressure of 0.5MPa, and use industrial nitrogen gas, such as compressed air, to supply three big pieces (such as oil mist, pressure reducer, water separator, air filter).

6.Connect the pipe to the charging line according to the charging gas system diagram. It is recommended to provide high purity nitrogen gas with 99.99% to 99.999% purity as the charging gas.

7.according to the electrical wiring diagram to connect the power supply to the corresponding electrical contact, check the power supply voltage, connect the control box, power box and furnace body between the wire and cable.

8.install the spare parts, including pipes, measuring instruments and meters, etc..

9.the furnace body and the control box are connected to ground, grounding resistance less than 4 euro, instrumentation and regulatory vacuum gauge cable should be grounded.
